For Returning and Exchanging the product you purchased from Grabwide, you must have a video of unboxing the product with 360 degree angle, tagged or label of the product shouldn’t be teared.
Custom Products will not be return or exchange until and unless it will damage or wrong product received.
Handmade products may require additional time to be produced and processed compared to other products.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.
When we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Refund Policy:

We will refund the full amount paid for the item(s) minus any shipping charges.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
In the event that the returned item(s) is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee from your refund.
