For Returning and Exchanging the product you purchased from Grabwide, you must have a video of unboxing the product with 360 degree angle, tagged and label of the product shouldn’t be teared.
Custom Products will not be return or exchange until and unless it will damage or wrong product received.
Handmade products may require additional time to be produced and processed compared to other products.
